In this 3 module course students will be guided through prescribed gluteal activation exercises to improve body mechanics, back health, hip health, and pelvic stability. AND it only requires 10 minutes of attention a day.

Week 1 and 4 - Module 1 (10 minute program X 3/5 days a week)

Week 2 and 5 - Module 2 (10 minute program X 3/5 days a week)

Week 3 and 6 - Module 3 (10 minute program X 3/5 days a week )
