In this 5 module course, we will identify the 15 most challenging yoga postures for yoga students with long spinal fusions. You will learn how to adjust these foundational yoga postures to respect the needs of a fused spine while still experiencing the benefits of the postures. Each module includes written instruction and short video content.

If you have a scoliosis spinal fusion and have been wanting to explore yoga or have already been involved in yoga classes, this course will help provide education for long term sustainability to your yoga practice.

This course is applicable to long spinal fusions including fusions to the sacrum.

In this class we are not focusing on transitioning in and out of the postures or sequencing the poses, but rather taking each pose individually and deconstructing it so that it best serves the fused body.
